Latest & Greatest: Card Making with Pink Paislee

Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Make It Monday post.

Our next show is in Marlborough, MA on September 6 & 7. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am going to be creating with a new product from our Card Making class: Pink Paislee‘s Truly Grateful collection by Paige Evans.

If you take the Card Making class, you will receive this Truly Grateful sampler kit with included the 6×8 Paper Pad, Floral Die Cuts, and Mixed Embellishments:

With it, I created this card:

I used the dotted purple paper from the 6×8 Paper Pad for the card base. Then, I trimmed and layered the chevron paper (also from the pad) to create a zigzag border.

Using the Floral Die Cuts pack, I layered some single flower die cuts onto a floral cluster die cut to add some dimension. I added a sequin from the Mixed Embellishments pack in the center of each flower and topped it off with a jewel from my stash.

I finished by adding the “Loved” wood sentiment (which I inked) and an enamel heart from the Mixed Embellishments pack below the flowers.

This is such a gorgeous and colorful collection. I will definitely be getting more of it soon!

This Latest & Greatest: Card Making workshop featuring the Pink Paislee‘s Truly Grateful collection by Paige Evans will be also be taught in in Mesa AZ, Denver CO, Ontario CA, and Sacramento CA. We hope you get a chance to join us in class at one of these shows.

I hope you enjoyed today’s Make It! Monday project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
