Hello Gorgeous By Laurie Schmidlin
No paper crafter should be without a good supply of cardstock for stamping, embossing, painting, chalking, and creating backgrounds. I love the way the rich khaki color of kraft paper looks and how it gives a homemade, comfortable feel to the card. Laurie Schmidlin transformed a plain sheet of kraft cardstock into this gorgeous work of art.
For Laurie’s card, she used one of the Infinity Frames die cuts to frame a pretty floral scene. She then stamped and die cut several images from the Give Love stamp set and coordinating Give Love die set. For more detail on how this adorable card came together, click here and I will take you over to Laurie’s blog “Just Give Me Stamps” so you can follow along. Using your imagination is all about creativity and taking something as simple as a piece of paper and making a beautiful piece of art. I hope you have been inspired today to take out your stamps and dies and let your imagination run wild. Have fun, my friends!
