Latest & Greatest: Card Making with Authentique

Hey everyone! It’s Roree filling in for Becki this week, and I have some more fun products from the Latest & Greatest workshops to share with you.

Our next show is this week in Edison, NJ. Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am going to be creating with products from our Latest & Greatest: Card Making class: Authentique‘s Latest & Greatest sampler.

This sampler is a fun collection of patterned papers, journaling card sheets, and word stickers from some of their most popular collections:

It is the perfect mix of papers to have on hand to make a variety of cards for almost any occasion.

I was so inspired by the Stitches Journaling Card paper included in the kit.

With it, I created this card:

I cut out a spool shaped card with my die-cutting machine and covered the front with a patterned paper from the 6×6 Paper Pad and then wrapped the front of the card with ribbon.

I created a sentiment tag using one of the journaling cards and a ribbon bow and framed it with another journaling card and patterned paper. I finished by accenting the tag with the “xoxo” word sticker and a paper flower.

This Latest & Greatest: Scrapbooking workshop featuring Authentique‘s Latest & Greatest sampler will be ending after Edison, then we will be switching out all of the products and projects in the Latest & Greatest classes for Marlborough, Mesa, Denver, Akron, Sacramento, and Ontario.

I hope you enjoyed today’s Inspiration Station post. Thanks so much for stopping by!
