Latest & Greatest: Stamping with Pink & Main

Hey everyone! Roree here with today’s Make It! Monday post.

Our first show of 2018 is this week in Pleasanton, CA on March 2nd & 3rd. Are you excited? I know I am! Stamp & Scrapbook Expo will be teaching four “Latest & Greatest” workshops at this show: Card Making, Cool Tools, Scrapbooking, and Stamping. Today I am going to be creating with new products from our Latest & Greatest: Stamping class: Pink & Main‘s Hedgehugs 4×6 Stamp Set.

If you take the class, you will receive the Hedgehugs stamp set:

Isn’t it just too cute?! I absolutely love those super adorable images and sweet sentiments!

With it, I created this card:

The background for the card was created using a stamping technique I shared a while back. You can find out more about it HERE.

First, I added my sentiment and image on the stamped ombré background.

I stamped the image on another piece of watercolor paper and colored it in with watercolor pencils and a water brush.

After the image dried, I fussy cut the hedgehog and heart balloons.

Then, I adhered the pieces over the stamped image on my background.

I added the background to a card base and added some pink & white baker’s twine to finish.

I just love these adorable stamps, and I can’t wait to work with the other images and sentiments!

This Latest & Greatest: Stamping workshop featuring Pink & Main‘s Hedgehugs 4×6 Stamp Set will also be taught at our upcoming shows in Grapevine, Pomona, Orlando, Milwaukee, and Puyallup. We would love to see you there!

I hope you enjoyed today’s Make It! Monday project. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Adorable! I like the little bit of twine trim at the bottom to echo the twine the little hedgehog is hanging on to. the water coloured background is lovely. Thanks for sharing your work! 🙂

So cute! I would love to do a class this year, especially with Pink & Main! Last year I went to the Schaumburg show as a newbie and was overwhelmed by everything I saw. This year maybe I’ll go to Schaumburg and Milwaukee!
