How to Make Your Own Calendar with Phoebe Tonosaki

I know it’s hard to swallow but we are about to enter 2019!  Where did the last year go?  With that question hanging in the air, why not make our own 2019 calendar?  I love this artsy calendar that I discovered on Lindy’s Blog and I thought it would be a great way to welcome in the new year!  Phoebe used a Cinch kit, but you can make a simple one by cutting with your own format and punching holes with simple tools and binding with ribbons.  On the outside chance that you need a Cinch kit, I found a We R Memory Keepers Cinch Kit Perpetual Calendar on Amazon for a mere $10.15!  Exciting!

All the details to recreate your own 2019 calendar are over on Lindy’s Blog.  If you’re a visual person like me you’ll want to check out the video, Phoebe has some great tips and techniques to share.  Happy New Year, my crafty friends!

One- Skillet Rotisserie Chicken Pot Pie

With the cooler weather upon us, it’s time for some of our favorite comfort food recipes and Chicken Pot Pie is definitely one of my family favorites.  I love how this recipe uses a rotisserie chicken to shorten things up in the kitchen.  With a little help from our friends over on the Bon  Appetit Food blog, you can enjoy this tasty dish at home with minimal effort.  Click here and I will be happy to escort you over to the blog so you can print out the recipe.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you have been inspired to give a few of these ideas a try.  Have a very Merry Christmas and an amazing New Year!
