Hello my crafty friends, and welcome back to another fun Saturday.  Don’t you just love March?  It is such a wonderful time of the year, and it’s good knowing the worst of the winter months are behind us.  I love knowing that spring is just around the corner.  Welcome to a creative Saturday as I have some fun projects to share with you, so please sit back and enjoy the inspiration coming your way!

Beautiful In Black And White By Traci Penrod

Do you love to create mini albums?  Summer is always really busy, so how about creating a mini album or two ahead of time?  You will be so excited to have your albums ready to fill with all of those special summer memories.  When creating your mini album, add some pockets and also hidden pockets behind mats; this will give you some added space for photos and journaling.

Beautiful In Black And White

Traci truly has a gift for putting together the perfect mini albums.  I love the artsy look and how she coordinated her papers with her embellishments.  What a perfect mini album for those great black & white photos!  I highly recommend stopping by the Simple Stories blog so you can follow along with Traci as she shares all of her pages in her mini album.  You will enjoy her work of art.  Happy scrapping, my friends!

Emma created her background with blue/grey colors and a hint of purple.  These seemed to coordinate well with the warm tones of copper and gold.  Now let’s just say that umbrella man is a perfect addition, especially with his scarf.  Are you just dying to jump in and make one of these?  Come with me and we will pop on over to That’s Life where you will find each step in creating one for yourself.  Emma is such an amazing designer so be sure and visit her blog to see more of her fabulous projects.  You will always walk away feeling uplifted and inspired.
